Return Policy
Returning products to Paw Print Urns is trouble-free. If you are not satisfied with your purchase simply contact a customer care representative and we will assist you with the process. Items purchased from Paw Print Urns can be returned within 30 days of purchase for a refund. We'll also pay the return shipping cost if the return is a result of our error.

Items that cannot be returned / refunded

Any item that has been personalized.
Urns or jewelry that has been filled.
Items that have been damaged or tampered with by the customer.
Expedited shipping charges are not refundable unless a shipping error occurs on our behalf.
Items not returned within 14 days of delivery (10% restock fee apply). Return the urn within 30 days of the purchase date and we will refund you the cost of the urn, less shipping.

Backorder Policy
If your order is back ordered we will contact you promptly via e-mail and you can decide whether to continue with your order, change items or cancel.

Shipping Policies
The shipping charge depends on the destination and weight of your order. During checkout, you can select how you would like your product to be shipped. Currently we use UPS.
• Ground 5-10 business days, from day shipped.
• 3-Day. 3 business days, from day shipped.
• Next Day Air. 1 business day, from day shipped.

Most orders will be shipped between 24-48 business hours. Specialty items and engraving may take longer.

Damaged Goods Policy
If your package was damaged in shipment by the carrier, save the box and the product and notify us immediately. The carrier will inspect and pick up the damaged package and the damaged items will be replaced.
